Monday 13th March

In todays lesson we were told to close our eyes while Sancha spoke to us and told us to think about stuff while our eyes were still closed. Things she asked us was what could we hear, could we feel our feet on the floor, did our heads feel heavy, what is worrying us, how can we solve this. Did we fell tense, why do you think this is and many more examples like that.

By starting the day off by doing this exercise I think it has made me think of what needs to be achieved by the end of today and how I can achieve this. It made me think about problems that were worrying me and making my tense that were probably at the back of my mind. This has helped clear my mind and has given me goals and motivation for the rest of the day.

This is a good technique to help with Idea generation and understanding my feelings at the time.
